This event, centered on the theme of " Assessment of Earthquake Disaster Losses and Technological Applications " featured presentations from the Board Member of Turkish Catastrophe Insurance Pool and President & CEO of Real Globe Inc. They shared insights on the 2023 Kahramanmaraş, Turkey earthquake, as well as the development and application of 3D modeling for damaged buildings using aerial remote sensing imagery. Additionally, the Director of the National Science and Technology Center for Artificial Intelligence and Disaster Risk Governance, along with the Distinguished Professor of Computer-Aided Engineering in the Department of Civil Engineering at National Taiwan University, presented on AI-driven earthquake damage assessment.

The event was attended by a total of 160 guests, including representatives from property and casualty insurance companies, reinsurance companies, insurance brokers, academic researchers, and other relevant organizations.
