The Geneva Association held a two-day international conference in Singapore from September 16 to 17, 2025. The 2025 PROGRES Seminar explored how regulatory frameworks can adapt to today’s complex global environment. This year’s seminar followed the 2025 Global Asia Insurance Partnership (GAIP) Summit, providing a unique opportunity for meaningful dialogue among global and regional stakeholders. The seminar addressed disaster resilience, longevity and cyber risks, and financial inclusion, offering valuable insights on how to shape forward-looking and inclusive regulatory approaches in a world full of uncertainties.

TREIF Acting Chairperson Mr. Elton Chang attended the Geneva Association’s PROGRES Seminar 2025 in Singapore on September 15, 2025. He was invited to deliver a speech on the theme of “Public–Private Partnerships in Disaster Risk Management,” where he shared Taiwan’s valuable experience in operating residential earthquake insurance.
