　　TREIF president Mr. Wan-Li Chang is entrusted to manage the business affairs of the fund. Under the president are Business Department and Administration Department, whose duties are as follows:

*3. Preparation of annual budgets and final accounts, and handling of accounting operations.
*4. Personnel appointment, dismissal, promotion, assessment and administration.
*5. Purchase and management of property and goods.
*6. Document and file management.
*7. Formulation of internal rules.
